Judges learn it's human to have feeling on bench.
In February, a Florida judge was very harsh on a teenage girl during a trial. The teenage girl laughed at the judge and got rewarded double her bond. She then gave the judge rude gesture with her middle finger and got assigned thirty days in jail. Days later, the girl came to the judge apologizing saying she was high on Xanax and alcohol. The judge then released her and got rid of the bond.
This occurrence made a few dozen new judges think about how they should channel their anger. They were also thinking about what emotions they should show to their peers during a trial. The judges thought about how hard it is to assign punishments when you have families and friends sitting there watching it happen.
Over 200 judges sat down on the bench and talked about their feelings and their experiences during the trials. This was very surprising to some newcomers because they were so surprised about how out-coming the judges were. They have been doing some research on human emotion within the courtroom from these therapy sessions. The judges have found that you do need to be strict with the people on trial, but there are times when they can drop their poker-face.

Drones have killed 4,700, US senator says.
According to Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, America's drones have killed at least 4,700 people. Graham is a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and during a question and answer session in South Carolina, on Tuesday, February 19, stated the fact about the deaths caused by these drones.
"We've killed 4,700," the lawmaker stated. "Sometimes you hit innocent people, and i hate that, but we're at war, and we've taken out some very senior members of al-Qaida."
President Barack Obama's signature maneuvers for killing al-Qaida and other fighters, and have been "very effective" according to Graham. That it is a weapon that needs to be used.
Council on Foreign Relationships, drone war expert Micah Zenko noted on his blog that Graham's figure lined up with the high-end estimate by "The Bureau of Investigative Journalism."
When he was asked about disclosure, Graham's office forwarded a video from MSNBC where the anchor shows the figure of 4,700 killed. Also asked whether the Obama Administrative harbored any concerns about Graham's comments, the National Security Council Spokesperson, Tommy Vietor sent a blog post including the exact same video.
A survey found out that 56 percent support these types of strikes(killings) and 26 percent disagree and oppose them. But 53 percent also worry about potential civilian casualties. But over the ocean, it faces a large opposition, Pew Research Center found out last year
